There are four Trophies to be won.

The Close-up Competition It is held annually,
and is given for the best 4 to 9 minute close up effect or routine.
and judged by all members present.
It was first held in 1975.

The Clifford Morrow Cup is held annually,
and is given for the best original effect or an adaptation of an old effect.
This competition dates back to 1930 & is judged by a guest magician.

The Stan Blaney - Stand Up Competition is held annually.
It is for the best 6 to 10 minute act that can be presented to a large family audience, and is judged by all the members present.
First held in 2016.

The Harry Kaye Cup is for the best 6 to 10 minute act,
originally judged by two lay members of the public & one magician, but more recently by four members of the public.
Originally intended to be an annual competition, first held in December 1939,
but the war prevented it from being held again until 1948.
The main reason was finding a venue to perform due to the war.
